What happens after I am removed from an organization?
After you're removed from an organization, you still have access to your personal Astell account and any other organizations you're part of. If you think the removal was a mistake, contact your organization admin. To rejoin, you'll need a new invitation from an organization admin.
What should I do if I'm an organization admin but can't access my organization?
If you're an organization admin but can't access your organization, log into your personal Astell account and check whether the organization appears on your dashboard. If it's missing, email support@labtwofour.com with the organization name, your role, and the approximate date of last access.
Can my account be restored if I deleted it by mistake?
If you deleted your account by mistake, email support@labtwofour.com immediately, within 14 days, and include your previous email address and relevant account details. Astell may be able to restore your account and data. After 14 days, the data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered; you'll need to create a new account and reconnect integrations.
